How To Be Healthy!
Being healthy is so insanely important. Sometimes it isn't easy maintaining your weight and keeping the "hot-bod" we all want. Just be true to yourself, though. I will keep posting my favorite new workouts and tips to stay in shape!

I absolutely love these workout videos. The ten minute solution series is the best thing ever. They have five different types of workouts for specific areas of your body and they are all only ten minutes each. If you commit to them you will get so toned and lose so much fat. I have been on this for a few weeks and I have lost almost ten pounds. It's the best kind of workout.

Important Tips:
STAY HYDRATED.
I cannot stress this enough. You need to keep your body moving, most of it is made up of water so you want to keep that steady flow going and take a good five or ten minute break between intense workouts. But if you drink too much too quickly, you will most likely get a cramp. Which sucks, right? So drink water to stay hydrated, but not so much that you totally pass out in the gym. Embarrassing.
DON'T REEK. This is also another very important thing to remember. It doesn't matter how pretty you are, if you are working out at the gym and you have the worst B.O of the century, you will most likely ruin the surrounding stranger's workouts. Secret is my favorite deodorant. If you have really bad sweat problems underneath your armpits you'll want the clinical strength. It works magic for you. |
